* Bachelor of Design/Bachelor of Art Education (2011)The idea behind ‘Trainsport’ is to encourage a more sustainable way of living. Specifically this design focused on transforming the interior of a train carriage to support physical exercise without taking away the function of transport. Hence, the Cycle Train Seat allows passengers to make use of the time they spend traveling by doing some exercise to improve their health. At the same time by using the Cycle Train Seat passengers generate renewable energy which can then be used to power various elements within the carriage.
