This work considers the homogeneity of the beauty industry, and the repetitious character of mass media. Research into hair-care products reveals there are few unique ingredients, and those used chemically lacquer follicles, synthetically dominating nature. We are conditioned to ceaselessly manipulate our hair, emphasising the influence of commercial industry.
