The word Mugunghwa or “immortal flower” has incredibly deep roots in Korea and represents a unified country, where a flower can grow without borders. It is the national symbol in Korea and the people call the blossoms “everlasting flowers” or mugunghwa as the bush readily grows again when cut down.
