CERAMIC PETS
The conceptual terrain explored for this project was childhood, with the inspirations coming from children’s drawings, cartoons, tales and toys. My focus was on pet animals such as dog, cat and bird. The clay used was porcelain JB1 and the building technique was slab and coiling, with matt white and celadon glazes applied on the firing.
