Artist Statement

Joel Hagen is part of The Jordanian Connection, an Australian video production collective, which is currently growing its potential as a forerunning production house, uniquely placed to deliver high quality video content on new media platforms. Such works include the recently released Jordan, a short film that explores the dysfunctional experiences of a young boy, and the intrinsic neural connections between himself, his family, and the rising conflict in Jordan.
